You may cancel service for any reason within 15 days from the purchase date indicated on your packing slip or invoice without incurring an early termination fee.
If you cancel your service and return all equipment within 15 days from the purchase date indicated on your packing slip or invoice AnyTrack will refund the purchase price of your Device and rate plan fees. Shipping costs and activation fees are excluded from this guarantee.
In order to receive a refund of the purchase price of your AnyTrack Device, you must contact AnyTrack Customer Service within 15 days from the purchase date indicated on your packing slip or invoice to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) so that you can return your Device to AnyTrack.
You must return the original box intact with all components (Device, charger, battery, instructions, etc.) within 15 days of purchase to receive a refund. All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice or packing slip and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the invoice or packing slip.
Our Service Guarantee does not cover and is void with respect to:
- Activation Fees
- Shipping Costs
- Requests for termination that are not within 15 days of purchase date
- Products which have been improperly installed, repaired, or modified;
- Products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, physical damage, exposure to fire, water or excessive moisture or dampness;
- Products which have been opened, repaired, modified or altered by anyone other than an AnyDATA authorized service center;
- Products on which the serial number has been removed, altered, or rendered illegible; or
- Products that are operated outside the limits of the technical specifications of the product.
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse of the Products.
- Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by AnyTrack.
